The University of New England (UNE)is going to implement an OpenSim based Virtual World for pharmacy and social work students. This project is called SPICE, for Social work Pharmacy Interaction Contextualization Experience.
The building of pharmacy was originally hosted on ReactionGrid and was moved to the New Zealand Virtual World’s Grid.
The Professor Ieva Stupans is the project leader, for research aspects of the project, and CI. Lindy Orwin is the project manager.

The current builds that the students will use in 2012 and they will use for machinima are on SPICE Island.
